What should I wear and do I need to bring anything?

Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict your movement e.g. shorts, leggings, t-shirt. For Pilates bare feet or socks. 

All equipment  is provided including mats and cushions. Please bring a towel or mat to cover the provided mats and cushions.

I have been advised to try Pilates by a health practitioner. Can I join a class?

You should have a one-to-one session first and then possibly progress to a class. Your individual circumstances will determine whether or not a class would be suitable for you.

Is there an age limit for Pilates?

No, age is certainly not a barrier to any form of exercise; if the mind is willing and the body able, 'a try it and see' approach is encouraged.
